Subscription (Subscribe & save) cancellation policy

Tailwise subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose at checkout (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks) and are charged to your saved payment method at the subscription price shown at checkout until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery or change your frequency at any time from your customer account, or by emailing hello@tailwise.dog.
• Timing. Changes or cancellations made before your next order is processed apply to that order. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled, but are covered by our refund policy where applicable.
• Reminders. We email you before each upcoming renewal.
• No cancellation fees.
